On The Road
“Aaaaah, on the road again.” This
could well be mistaken for the mantra of the die-hard trucker, but the
reality is its just the everyday person behind the wheel of an awesome
RV- Recreational Vehicle (and its not called that for nothing). Unlike the truck that the trucker drives an RV has all the comforts of home, and more, built into it. When you’re behind the wheel of your RV you’re not looking to deliver a product to a destination. You’re out to enjoy the ride and have all the comforts of home, and more, within a few steps of wherever you are.
The place where you are sitting is the most comfortable place in the
RV, but, hopefully not as comfortable as the bed, of course. “Ahhh, on the road again.”
What is it that calls you to get on the road? Is it the sense of adventure? New people at every stop?
If,
on the off chance, you get caught half-way between here and somewhere
else it’s ok because you’re like the mighty snail, carrying your home
on your back, ready for any emergency. And it’s not necessarily that you think of your awesome RV as your home, but in a pinch you certainly can. There’s something to be said for being mobile, and not in a truck-driver sort of way. It’s
all about choice, the choice to go where you want to, when you want to,
and still have all the creature comforts at your fingertips.
